Teller-Ulam
[edit]Hi -- I was wondering if you could take a look at my response to your comments on peer review. I think you're missing a key point of the article, and too confident in the knowledge of one man's version of the "accurate" design in this instance. --Fastfission 12:48, 8 August 2005 (UTC)
Lively little debate we have going there. Friendly, I hope. Georgewilliamherbert 05:13, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
I think you're using too many capitals. See my edits to Teller-Ulam design and Wikipedia:Manual of Style. Michael Hardy 01:48, 20 August 2005 (UTC)
Republican Voices
[edit]We'll need to agree to disagree on what constitutes notability, but you're doing a good job of cleaning up the article. If it gets through the AfD, at least it will be of a higher quality than the original. --GraemeL (talk) 19:37, 11 September 2005 (UTC)
micronation
[edit]Dear George, Do you really believe that Gene_Poole should be able to insert his personal opinion in this article? I asked him to cite and quote the credible sources, but he doesn't have any to cite or quote. Does accuracy count for anything in Wikipedia? Sincerely, Johnski 17:34, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
- I don't believe you're acting honestly and credibly, either. Your history with arbitration and abuse issues is highly disturbing. Regarding the specifics of Micronation, you seem to want to take things out which are summaries of what's said in the specific Dominion of Melchizedek page. If you can't provide sources to get that page more accurate, and convince people that it's not accurate and needs to get corrected, you can't expect the summary info in the Micronation page to be different.
- The specifics of the last week's revert / edit war were over some pretty minor, dumb things much smaller than the big argument. Both you and Gene need to take vacations. If you keep trying to beat each other up in an edit war, a pox on both of you. That's what semi-locked and locked pages are for, and the various abusive user sanctions. Georgewilliamherbert 23:37, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
- I don't know anything about last week's revert / edit war. Can you give me a specific example of what I've done that is highly disturbing to you? I'm not tring to take anyting out of the Micronation article, only keep as is what was in there for months about one so-called micronation. What Gene wants to add can't be supported by his quoting and citing credible sources. Sincerely, Johnski 07:30, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
