Nikon DSLR Template Vote

[edit]

There is a discussion/vote you may be interested in taking place at Nikon DSLR template talk Regarding the format of the table and the information it displays. This vote has been prompted by discussion regarding the placement of the Nikon D3, Nikon D1/Nikon D2X and the Nikon D700. If you chose to vote, please familiarize yourself with the discussion and the Nikon system. If you can help out, great. If not, no worries. Thanks in advance. -Fcb981(talk:contribs) 17:53, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Commons

[edit]

I like the photographs you've uploaded to Wikipedia, and it would be great to make them available to foreign-language Wikipedias and other Wikimedia projects. Would you consider uploading them to Commons, where photographs can be accessed on all such projects? Thegreenj 20:55, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • After you've uploaded the pictures on WP to Commons, just add {{subst:Ncd}} to the Wikipedia image page. They'll be checked by administrators to make sure the transfer was done properly, then deleted. Thegreenj 02:03, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sweet Pea photo

[edit]

Hello, I am about to update the article on sweet peas and noticed that your lovely sweet pea photo is actually of the perennial Lathyrus latifolius. It's easy to mistake the two, but the flowers are different in that the annual sweet pea has larger lower petals. The perennial is also the one that tends to be found growing wild. If you have any questions or think I am in error, let me know. Thanks! --Matricuria (talk) 19:11, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That photo does not look like any sweet pea, they don't have this many flowers on one stem, four at the most, usually three, it's almost certainly Lathyrus latifolius. That one is perennial and has no fragrance. Is there some way for you to check? It could still grow where you took the photo. Regards Hekerui (talk) 19:34, 29 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
