Speedy deletion nomination of Dr. Brian F. Harris

A tag has been placed on Dr. Brian F. Harris requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Coining a phrase is not, by itself, sufficient to have an article. We need multiple, independent, reliable sources discussing the person in detail before there can be a WP article about him. Note that this was already explained to you when your Article for Creation submission was declined. Please do not attempt to recreate that article until there is some more extended evidence that Harris is notable. As a side note, an article about a person would never start with "Dr."--we don't use titles in WP article titles (for that matter, we don't use academic titles like "Dr." in articles at all).
