License tagging for Image:Parkersburg High School.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Parkersburg High School.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 00:06, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of User:Katilutz
[edit]A tag has been placed on User:Katilutz, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[Talk:User:Katilutz|the article's talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —Jonathan 16:10, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
Warning users
[edit]I have noticed you have been warning users for their edits with the template {{subst:uw-vandalism4}} as a first warning. Please instead use templates in stages as shown as WP:WARN. I also noticed you warned Katilutz (talk · contribs) for vandalism for edits that could be in good faith. In these cases if you you are concerned about edits a user is making to the article either leave a non-template message or use a template that does not assume bad faith. Also, please sign comments on user talk pages and only leave message on the user talk page, not on the user page as well. Thank you. Camaron1 | Chris (talk) 20:09, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Tom Chilton (game developer)
[edit]An editor has nominated Tom Chilton (game developer), an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tom Chilton (game developer) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 07:59, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
