Request reason:

@NinjaRobotPirate and Sarrail: I am not related to that suspected sockpuppet account (eventhough I am not suprised I am blocked since I use public connection). But my point of report still should be considered, allowing a vandal (User:Tellisavas) going around in Wikipedia isn't following the Wikipedia's Terms and Policy.
