Thanks

Thanks. I admit that my talk page is quite hard to read, but I would like to make it better. However, due to inexeperience, I left it like that instead of using reference templates, since I have many enemies here who are Filipino users editors. I admit that often I never checked the spelling and grammar, often lazy, yeah, my mistakes. Please read the contents of my talk page. It will be an inspiration to all Filipinos not only on spiritual Gifts of the Holy Spirit, but on my crusade against Philippine corruption and hypocrisy. I am apolitical and I hate politics. I never sided with any politician. Please preserve all the links in my talk page. I am finishing the second part of my book[1], since the first part, which is sourced from my user page, was published last year. --Florentino floro (talk) 05:45, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

On my talk page

Why do I receive messages from Filipino editors, when the deletion case was finished. Why am I badgered or bothered by messages in my talk page which is totally irrelevant or does not concern any of my latest edits not related to the 2 deleted articles. I stay in Wikipedia and I want to learn. But when I am bothered by Filipino editors, failing to clearly point to me my mistakes and the rules, it is pathetic. In all my life, I fought against this system of hypocrisy and bitterness. How can we end all these messages which are totally irrelevant. Now, as adopter, will you please correct them and suggest too that they be adopted, otherwise I would unceasingly be bothered here by same users. -- --Florentino floro (talk) 08:32, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Dear Adopter

Thanks, sir. I do understand the limits of Wiki and its rules, but I hope many would understand my emotional edit here in view of HISTORY. (Please read my long reply on my talk page, today to a message of max). My point, is: Wiki rules do not allow original edits without sources. I want to add a "health" section regarding my personal knowledge of the severe hypertension and diabetes of Brion which can easily be verified at MAB, St. Lukes, if you personally know Dr. Jane Gaston, endocrinologist of Art Brion. But, but, I know that Filipino editors might correct my adopter if you allow me to do so. Just explaining how the Rules and policy of Wiki (to make it neutral from vandalism) should be amended to allow these original edits subject to personal verification. Otherwise, we might just be surprised by sudden deaths and strokes like the health curse on the GMA cabinet. ALSO, Renato C. Corona was operated 2 times a) St. Luke's and b) P 24 million 2nd corrective with 3rd corrective check-up surgeries abroad; c) while Angelina Sandoval-Gutierrez was operated gall bladder February, 2006 before the release of my decision and d) Consuelo Ynares-Santiago has only one kidney since on First Quarter 2003 she had the surgery at our Kidney Center. But there are no links on these unlike on Raul M. Gonzalez. So, to make Wiki a better encyclopedia, can you suggest editing the policies on this. Regards. These are not gossips, these are TRUTHS. Brion made also a record not duplicated by topping the MCLE exams before he became CA Justice. There is no link on this but can easily be verified at PHILJA. One final point: of my 800 prophecies in writing, just one is in Wikipedia, the July 11 talkpage prophecy of Teresita de Castro's appointment on Dec. 4. Wiki can be a great vehicle for prophecies. I can make it different from Encyclopedia Britannica. I leave this legacy. And I stress that no Wiki user can ever parallel my heavily Googled immortally User page. On 2006, my name has 32,000 entries in the internet (Gigablast and Google). Few of them are in my Userpage, since I cannot put all for fear of being shortened. This is my 2nd legacy. I hope you have time to read my story and case. My entire google immortality can be reduced to 2 words: a) Brion and b) Corona. I suffered so much due to ... --Florentino floro (talk) 07:01, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Apology

Sir, I apologize for being emotional on my writings on Brion. If you only know how long I, Tonette and Art Brion were together, how I cursed them under Psalm 109 and due to my "Jobless judge in pretend world" - blessing in disguise separation, you will feel what I feel. But let me tell you, that again, again, and again, Tonette Brion the wife of Arturo D Brion was the one who again again and again opened our communication which I closed. Tonette was the one who YM[judgefloro@yahoo.com] me, added me as her friend there[annebrion@yahoo.com] last 10 days. She knows that they both owe me this appointment, and I lost my job because of her prodding me to Spanish card read the "galivanting" of Art, and she went off on 2004 to Ottawa Canada, resulting in my JOBLESS fate or Faith. Blessed Good Friday, Sir. --Florentino floro (talk) 07:12, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Help me correct my mistake

I made a mistake on COMELEC I cannot revert the error: Can you please correct or revert my edit, I made a mistake on gallery. I don't know how to revert my mistake on my latest edit on Melo and Brawner Gallery. I am sorry for this mistake. ---Florentino floro (talk) 07:18, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

I was thinking about doing the same but since you get to him first and I'm not really good at mentoring, I'll let you handle this. I offer some rules in the adoption process that you can use in your adoption.

  • The adoptee will not exceed 3-5 sentences when replying to the adopter or any other user.(This is to prevent the use of WP:TLDR).
  • The adoptee shall not engage any conversation on the Tambayan talk page for 1 week to 1 month depending on the preference of the adopter. (This is just to let things cool off for a while).
  • The adoptee shall refrain, for the time being, adding references to articles unless permitted by the adopter. (This is the problem raised by non-Pinoy Wikipedians. The issued was posted in WP:ANI, luckily Seav and I was there to close it quickly. However, we will not always be around to defend his edits.)

I hope these rules help the adoptee improve--Lenticel (talk) 05:59, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

I opted to have an adopter, just for ONE REASON, and no other: to protect me against Filipino editors or users who have personal agenda against me, although hiding these/it; I never asked for adoption, to teach me how to deal with Tambayan or Filipino editors; I welcome corrections, advises when it comes to my contributions not regarding Filipino editors; otherwise I would have deleted this adoption thing. I am all out to fight Filipino editors who vandalize my articles. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a rant, blog and persecutory vehicle by Tambayan Filipino editors. - --Florentino floro (talk) 06:00, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
I hate to second guess you but are you sure you haven't bit off more than you can chew here? A perfect example of what your up against is here. good luck! Beeblbrox (talk) 19:27, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
In short, my adoptee Mr. Floro...
  • ... won't exceed 3-5 sentences when replying to me or to any other user
  • ... can't "hang out" Tambayan talk page for 1 week to 1 month depending on my preference
  • ... can't add references to articles unless permitted by the adopter.

This is one tall order but I will do it. Besides, this is a larger challenge for me here since I came in here almost 2 years ago. Well, it's a good deal. -iaNLOPEZ1115 · TaLKBaCK · Vandalize it 07:03, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi, don't worry, the deletion was finished, and it's fine that it was all over. I am finishing my 900 pages book, and I contributing a little. - --Florentino floro (talk) 14:58, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Deleting my Edits on Filipino Article

Dear Adopter, I sincerely thank many Filipino editors including the best I ever had, yesterday and the other days that deleted almost all my edits: I quote my message to this great Filipino editor, whom I deeply respect more than Jose Rizal as genius of Wikipedia. I am sorry to bother your studies, but this is direly important in view of the following prophecy: When my 2 articles on Wikipedia were deleted, I fought but lost and I accepted the defeat: however I submitted or proferred Wikipedia's Psalm 109 and Psalm 73, which I did, do recite and will recite until my last breath, reciting at midnights all the names of those who voted for the deletions, (especially last Good Friday, 3pm and 12 noon) as sole personal defense for the sake of truth. It was so efficacious that - I begged my counsel of record Rene Saguisag (on the 2nd floor of Makati hotel last August 29, 2006), to help me beg a job from Corazon Aquino, since I failed from Raul M. Gonzalez, Pryde Henry Teves' Margarito Teves, inter alia; I was elated yesterday when most of my contributions I sincerely and scholarly contributed were beautifully edited by you in the same manner of deletions with great rationality as I read in the edit summary. I know that Filipino crab mentality hunted my judicial career since I was suspended on July 20, 1999 and now my Wikipedia career is in the same manner well surrounded. I understand your dire predicament, and I sincerely know that you are here to have a good recognition of your EGO (as Heidegger and Kant taught us that it must be recognized amid life's pains). I learned a lot from your messages, and I take it as part of my life, since I had included you in my spiritual prayers when I am usually at trance midnights. I am very sorry, that I cursed Ateneo law school 1982, '83 and 84, since I never learned anything from my alma mater, except to spam. Now, I committed many mistakes, and most Filipino editors had a hard time according to them, deleting my edits. Fine, and I have no regrets. If the past would be re-written, I will instead enroll in the best school in our country: San Fernando Pampanga Harvard Law School, where Fr. Eddie Panlilio is well respected. Ateneo failed me, and my English is so bad that I was banned in some foreign forums, since foreigners decided that I was spammer when my English language was so perfect. Here In Wikipedia, I cannot learn, my English is so bad; I cannot even contribute an edit that will be desired by many Filipino editors. But my edits in other foreign articles are well guarded and never deleted by genius Filipino editors. I hope that someday I will be as intelligent as you, so that all Filipino editors will live happily ever after. Yes, I have no 7 dwarves, only 3, however, they will be happy if I learn more from you. Please send me more messages in my talk page so that I will be more educated before I am banned here. A final word. May my 3 world famous dwarves LUIS, Armand and Angel guard your loved ones and flash the violet light of truth midnights. Amen. - --Florentino floro (talk) 05:50, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

Floro

Hi Ian, I am a little disappointed in you as an adopter. As far as I can tell, you have given user:Florentino floro no guidance other than to tell him to take a break. You archived his talk page, but have not, unless you are communicating through some other medium, done anything to help him learn better editing practices. Since you adopted him nearly all of his edits have been reverted by other editors (a few, I admit, were reverted by me), but it would seem to me that part of your role as adopter is to make sure his edits are appropriate. If you are not going to be an active participant, I would recommend that you step down as Floro's adopter and let someone else adopt him.maxsch (talk) 20:44, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Uncyclopedia

My apologies for the manner in which Uncyclopedia seems to be handling Philippines-related articles. There is a copy of the original article here: http://uncyclopedia.info/wiki/tl:Philippines/en from which you should be able to recover the text you were missing.

Also, it appears that Uncyclopedians are creating articles in other languages by one of two means:

  • A separate namespace exists for other languages on en:uncyclopedia, named Babel:, that could be used for an initial attempt to create content in your own language. For instance uncyclopedia:babel:Tl/Unang_Pahina would be Tagalog if it were ever created.
  • Creation of a separate wiki is an option and these have been created for other-language Uncyclopedias, including ones as small as one page. There are currently fifty other languages of Uncyclopedia operating with varying degrees of autonomy on various servers in various countries. Opening new wikis is easy, it's finding content to fill them that's the difficult part. :) --carlb (talk) 00:58, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
