The following effect the border round the page and the header (Page name)

HTML Hex Values

When it says hex value, use one of these

#000000 = Black
#FFFFFF = White
#008000 = Green
#FFFF00 = Yellow
#FF0000 = Red
#00FFFF = Light Blue
#0000FF = Blue

Add these parameters for the main part of the page
