List of dates predicted for apocalyptic events

Hi James. You are more than welcome to add your comments on improving an article, however, in the future please make these comments on the articles talk page. Talk pages are specifically there for discussing improving the article, which would include removing any factually inaccurate content. It is not appropriate to add your own commentary to the actual article space. I have removed your commentary, however we will look into your claims and remove the contested content if we think your concerns are valid - give it a day or two. Hi again James. Thanks for your comments on the talk page - I have since replied. In the future please sign your posts with four ~, like this ~~~~ at the end of your comments. Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. I appreciate that you have heeded the above warning and posted on the article talk page, but please please remember that Wikipedia is not to be used for promotion of a person's church or organization. The article Some Jehovah's Witnesses has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NOTESSAY. Wikipedia is not a place to publish your personal opinions/essays/original thought.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Some Jehovah's Witnesses, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Veggies (talk) 23:16, 14 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 00:24, 15 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
