Clear Creek
[edit]According to the GNIS, there is only one "populated place" in Utah named Clear Creek, though there is also a "locale" named Clear Creek on SR-42 in Box Elder County. Is this what you're trying to disambiguate with? --NE2 18:39, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- Well, that's a good question. The area that I'm trying to highlight is the following: 39°38′N 111°09′W / 39.633°N 111.150°W. It's highlighted by a directional sign as you pass the intersection of US-6 and SR-96. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to drive all the way down SR-96 yet. Does that make sense? - That's Clear Creek - no "Canyon" - and the article would be at Clear Creek, Utah. The creek is at Clear Creek (Utah), and the canyon would be at Clear Creek Canyon (Utah). --NE2 19:20, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, I think I'm getting there. And I see why I'm getting a little confused too. I'm also working on the Scofield Reservoir site which is fed from runoff from that area. I think we can work with Clear Creek Canyon for now. If you would like to experience this virtual event in-person, you are welcome to join our meetup in Indianapolis! We will be meeting at IUPUI University Library for the weekend, with AV set up for conference streaming and presenting (for those who've submitted proposals).
