KnockOut Fighting Competition
[edit]The KnockOut Fighting Competition(KOFC)is a mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion company based in the United States that hosts numerous events worldwide, it is strictly just grappling but can end in judge's decision,KO, or submission. It is mainly for kids and teens from the ages of 9-15 being able to fight. The KOFC currently only has one weight division(s) that weight class being Flyweight 125 lbs and under. There is currently no championship and is yet to be one. It was Inspired by the UFC, KOFC first event was held in Aberdeen NC were just 3 match was showned in 4-25-10 with the opening saying it was a some what TUF competition and the winner will get a title shot. KOFC will hopefuly showcase mma but only having top wrestlers and BJJ fighters.

[edit]KOFC rounds are 3 3 min rounds, in the KOFC UF it is just one 4 min round and a 2 min round, In a championship match it is 5 2 min rounds.
