The images which you are posting to various bank articles all appear to be "©Copyright 2009 Money Economics. All rights reserved." Please note that Wikipedia cannot use copyrighted content without the express written permission of the owner of the content. But I already obtained an permission from money economics, and also received an e-mail from wikimedia commons that says it will gave my images tagged appropriately.

In that case, the problem seems to be with the tagging of the images - there's no indication on them that Wikimedia Commons has approved them as being non-copyright violations. The only information/instructions that I was able to locate is Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission#When permission is confirmed.
