Hello, KayRod, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Adam and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. Before adding details about his religion and activism, make sure you read up on reliable sources. Also please consider what needs to be in the introduction of a Wikipedia article. If his activism in relation to islam has been discussed at length in the article it merits a mention in the introduction. At the moment is does not. The source you pointed to is an opinion piece, which in itself is useful - specifically in the early life section. But it cannot be used for a broad comments as you inserted them. They have been reverted for the moment. Perhaps @Adam (Wiki Ed): can point you towards some specific sources in relation to your assignment. I have sources for the information, but for some reason couldn't gain access to the cite's bibliography to add them. I would love to add my own sources, which are academic in nature. Am I allowed access to add my research?
