Excellent Logging in is an easy thing to forget. Editing Wikipedia isn't really that complicated, but it can be intimidating if it's new. If you pace yourself and make use of the resources available, you will have no problems with the technical part of editing. 90% of it is good prose and citations, just like any paper you write. —Justin (koavf)TCM20:33, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello!

[edit]

Hey! I think were in the same L376 class together. I'm Jackie and I'm just doing the Wiki assignment 2! So far, in class, which of the books we have read is your favorite? Mine is definitely Forever. Little Women was an alright book but it didn't really jump out at me like Forever did. Maybe its because its a somewhat more recent book but I don't know. Well time to go finish my homework! See ya! Hi! I'm Elizabeth, and I don't know if we're in the same class together, but I'm doing this Wikipedia Assignment 2. All of this stuff is still so foreign to me! I'm learning every day! :) EL (talk) 02:44, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A userbox

[edit]

User:Koavf/Userboxes/Litbox You may have noticed this rectangle has been placed on your userpage:

IUPUI coursepage for Adolescent Lit

This is called a userbox and there are a variety of them that you can add to your userpage to express your interests, political values, dietary preferences, etc. You are not required to have one and there is virtually no limit to how many you can have.

I have placed this on your userpage because your instructor has informed me that some of you have had difficulty remembering or finding your coursepage. This link will be right here on your userpage unless you decide to remove it (which you can do at any time.) If you ever forget how to get to your class resources, just click on your username up in the top-right of the screen and you'll be just one more click away.

If you need to reach me (one of your two Campus Ambassadors), my contact information is here: User:Koavf/CA.

Please remember to pace yourself and be aware that 90% of writing a good article is well-formed prose and citing your sources. Anything extraneous or technical is where I can be of assistance. (And if you need help editing your prose or finding sources, I can try to give a hand there as well.)

I hope you all have a good day and a productive semester. I'll see some of you this coming Wednesday and any of you if you wish to schedule a time to meet. —Justin (koavf)TCM16:55, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
