I don't know what you mean by saying that I "put words in [your] mouth again". Is it that I'm writing on this page (your talk page)? This page is intended for others to send messages to you; your userpage is for you to introduce yourself. If that's not what you meant, I'm sorry for misunderstanding. – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 19:33, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
Also, regarding VNI Character Set, in the United States, things are copyrighted even without the copyright symbol (©). Unfortunately, that means that Wikipedia can't accept content from most other websites, because their authors have not explicitly said "licensed under the GFDL", "this is in the public domain" or something like that. Of course, if you are the original author of that page, the fact that you've contributed that text means that you license the text under the GFDL. In that case, just post a message at Talk:VNI Character Set explaining the situation, and there should be no problem. – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 19:41, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Maitran.us-nutdau.png
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:Maitran.us-nutdau.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 14:48, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
