License tagging for File:Yannis Livadas.jpg

Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for File:Y. Livadas.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Y. Livadas.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 13:45, 30 June 2014 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:Yannis Livadas.jpeg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Yannis Livadas.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Yannis Livadas. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Woodroar (talk) 13:21, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
All the facts in the page are real and official. Please check again and let me know.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Mike Mike (talk • contribs) 13:45, 22 February 2016
- All facts on Wikipedia should be referenced to reliable, third-party published sources, not to our own original research or personal opinion, especially when they concern living persons. I did look for reliable sources and found none, only sites that copy our content or material written by the subject, which is why I nominated the article for deletion. If you know of reliable sources that we can use–see WP:IRS for examples–feel free to add them to the article. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Cheers! Dear friend please give me a serious answer concerning the reliability of the Official Greek Authors Data Page and the rest of the links. if you consider them unofficial or ilegal please make an also official report in order to set the whole situation right. That is, send me a report page in order to send it to them asking them to prove their reliability. Yet, if you believe that i have intentionally provide false facts without the slightest proof by your side, then i i will have nothing more to say in terms of juman logic. Best regards.
P.S. At least you can translate in english the facts about the author from the his link in the Official Greek Authors Data Page: http://www.biblionet.gr/author/45330/%CE%93%CE%B9%CE%AC%CE%BD%CE%BD%CE%B7%CF%82_%CE%9B%CE%B5%CE%B9%CE%B2%CE%B1%CE%B4%CE%AC%CF%82
Mike Mike, it's not a human right to be included in Wikipedia, and it's not a personal attack to have one's article deleted. There's absolutely no law anywhere that could force Wikipedia to keep an entry on a specific person. HandsomeFella (talk) 15:49, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
Yes, of course. Yet an official bibliography proves more than any intentionally or not uploaded article anywhere on the internet. I am talking about facts, nothing else. This is a raw offence of bibliographical facts and of a human presence. This is the matter, nothing else. And nothing else will ever be. I believe that i am clear and definite.
At least drop me a message when you will delete this article for good.
Best regards.
- This matter will NOT be discussed with you until either your threatened legal action is complete, or is unequivocally withdrawn. Please read WP:NLT for more information. SQLQuery me! 00:48, 23 February 2016 (UTC)
What do mean by "completing" my legal action? The legal reference had to do and has to do with Wikipedia itself! Wikipedia is to protect what i stand for as a contributor. Or not? What is misunderstood here, sir? Since i received a brutal deleting by a totally unknown person, a third party that is, i had the obligation to refer to the legal protection that Wikipedia provides, or not? Since i am not the one who stands against it, but the guy who rather intentionally deleted the facts from this specific article. So please do not twist my statement. If Wikipedia will not protect me against this guy; that proves that i am not free to contribute based on reliable facts and bibiography. Does someone miss the point here? Or what? This must be cleared and solved. I am looking forward a definite reply. Best.
- You said, specifically, "i will be forced to appeal with every legal right and force to press charges". "Legal right" and "press charges", in English, are terms which apply to actual criminal or civil law (as opposed to pursuing Wikipedia's rules or dispute resolution process), and when you use those terms you fall foul of WP:NLT policy. If what you meant was only that you will pursue Wikipedia's dispute resolution process and not seek redress under criminal or civil law, then please make a new unblock request making that clear, and confirm that you will not use terms like "legal" and "charges" in future discussions, and another admin will review your request. I know it's frustrating having an article nominated for deletion (it's happened to me), but it is important to respond in a calm way and try to achieve consensus and not make it sound like you are making actual legal threats. Sockpuppet investigation
[edit]Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mike Mike, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
