Cool tools
[edit]Hello Moonsoomee,
Thanks for your edits to the Cheil Worldwide article.
I thought I'd pass on a tip someone shared with me.
- Web pages
When you put a bare link in a citation, you can use a tool that will format them into lovely and informative ciations.
The tool is http://toolserver.org/~dispenser/view/Reflinks
The best results are attained by clicking on the "interactive" hyperlink and then clicking on "Run Links". It will take a minute or so, depending upon the length of the article to track down each url. You then preview and save the article and you should be good to go.
I used this to format the citations for Cheil Worldwide.
- Google books
Another cool tool is http://reftag.appspot.com/. You just enter the url for the book into the search window, click on "Load" and a citation will appear at the bottom of the page with formatted information, author, publisher, page number, etc.
Hope this helps!--CaroleHenson (talk) 21:05, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for July 14
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Cheil Worldwide, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Thompson. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
