Re:Bot deliverance

From what I've read, we've been using MessageDeliveryBot for the Newsletters to be delivered. We're thinking of switching the newsletter delivery over to ChzzBot, in the hope that we can get it delivered when we want! Craig(talk) 23:15, 31 October 2011 (UTC)

Ah, I see...well usually, we arrange for it to be sent out the first Monday of each month, just to make it easier for us. If you could, that would be terrific. I'll copy the conversation over on his page, just to make him aware of this potential development! Craig(talk) 23:25, 31 October 2011 (UTC)

Hi Nascar1996. Thanks for the offer! If I make the request for the next issue tomorrow, would you be able to check and run it?--Midgrid(talk) 20:51, 8 November 2011 (UTC)

Thank you very much! I've just submitted the request.--Midgrid(talk) 12:49, 9 November 2011 (UTC)
Hi again. Just to let you know that I've submitted this month's newsletter for delivery, if you have time to check it.--Midgrid(talk) 20:47, 5 December 2011 (UTC)
I have now submitted the December issue for delivery.--Midgrid(talk) 19:33, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
The January issue request has now been submitted.--Midgrid(talk) 20:43, 6 February 2012 (UTC)
 Done -- Nascar1996(TalkContribs) 20:47, 6 February 2012 (UTC)
It's that time of the month again! Thanks for checking the submissions.--Midgrid(talk) 15:18, 5 March 2012 (UTC)

Hi. When you recently edited NAPA 200 (Tucson), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mike Skinner (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

banning a user

NASCAR1996, could you ban user 201.184.17.106? He keeps editing the Camping World and N'wide series histories to include some fake "TS Motorsports" with Ricky Carmichael in it.Gaeaman787 (talk) 15:20, 6 February 2012 (UTC)

Sorry. I'm not an administrator and don't have those rights. You must be an admin to ban users. Please notify them on their talk page, however, if it doesn't work bring it up at the Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. -- Nascar1996(TalkContribs) 20:43, 6 February 2012 (UTC)

Patrick's Cup team

[1]

From what I recall reading about the deal somewhere, in order for the points deal to have been considered legitimate, the car has to be fielded by the team that was giving the points. The #10 will be fielded by TBR for the entire season, it will only differ in the sense that when DP races it, they get Hendrick engines and SHR crew and support, yet when Reuti's in it they'll use ECR engines. It's a complex thing, I'd need to look more into the rules with regards to points deals. TheChrisD RantsEdits 00:04, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

Sorry. Tommy Baldwin will field the car, but Danica's car is using Hendrick engines and Stewart Haas Racing cars, while Dave Blaney, TBR's other car, will run Richard Childress Racing engines and TBR cars. I'm assuming it is both. [2] -- Nascar1996(TalkContribs) 00:12, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

Winning Tables

Hi Nascar1996 I was thinking that adding a winning table to some drivers pages like Tony Steward, Jimmy Johnson, Juan Pablo Montoya and other drivers that have hate many wins in their carriers will be a nice addition to their pages.

For Example:
Juan Pablo's table

Problem with Message Delivery Bot

Hi Nascar, you approved my MDB request for WikiProject Wikify's June 2012 Drive invites, but not all where delivered. Could you take a look into it please? Cheers, benzband (talk) 15:25, 27 May 2012 (UTC)

PS: i have provided a list of the names i submitted in <!-- hidden text -->, with a note where MDB stopped delivering. benzband (talk) 15:29, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
Could you prepare the request and submit it with the rest of the names? Then I'll approve it. -- Nascar1996(TalkContribs) 15:38, 27 May 2012 (UTC)

Eddie Sharp and WP:MOTOR tag

I'd included both the WP:NASCAR and WP:MOTOR tags as Sharp is (possibly) notable as a hydroplane racer and (certainly) as an ARCA championship winning crew chief and team owner, along with his Busch Series starts and CTS team ownership, so I thought he falls under both projects. - The Bushranger One ping only 20:03, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
