Request reason:

Updated articles with more recent images that I took myself, repeated vandalism by other users and I was the one who was blocked. Against the spirit of contribution put forth by the wiki project. If my contributions are unwanted I will no longer contribute but I should not be punished for positive contributions

Responding to the message above. It is what happened, and an administrator and I got stuck in a revert war. It won't happen again, but the administrator gets away with the world while the contributing individual gets permanently banned . This seems unjust.
