Can you explain why you have a copy of the article Milton Obote in your user page? (Generally speaking, user space pages should not be used to host copies of articles, except briefly for specific purposes to do with editing them.) JamesBWatson (talk) 15:41, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
