Microraptor image and fair use

The screenshot from Prehistoric Park is not available for fair use unless part of an article that discusses the show. From Wikipedia:Non-free content#Acceptable images:

"Some copyrighted images may be used on Wikipedia, providing they meet both the legal criteria for fair use, and Wikipedia's own guidelines for non-free content. Copyrighted images that reasonably can be replaced by free/libre images are not suitable for Wikipedia.

The "Ground movement" section of Microraptor does not discuss cinema and television. Even if that image were fair use, I don't think it's accurate enough to pass Wikipedia:WikiProject Dinosaurs/Image review without modification, which would not be allowed on a copyrighted image. Please

Look, the reason why I went ahead and split them before asking is because I know you'll say no. You seem to think that only your view counts, and even though most other users and the Wikipedia rules say something as long as you disagree they stay the way you want. The reasons behind each edit I did are:

• Splitting List of plants in Primeval off of List of creatures in Primeval: The title says List of creatures, and plants do not really belong in it, sort of like actor names in the template.
• Template:Primeval: If you look at other templates (Template:Transformers; Template:24) you'll see each one has its own colour and has sub-sections.
• Splitting List of locations in Primeval from Primeverse: Now I think about it, the locations were better off in the universe article.

Image source?

Hi, I see you recently added an image to the article Divine (actor), listing the source as "The little mermaid DVD". Could you be more specific? Such as, DVD producer and copyright holder? I cannot find any Disney-released DVD bearing this image.

Detagging

If an article doesn't have sources, it will always be in danger of being nominated for deletion. That's why it makes sense to leave the tags on. I Googled for a few minutes and added two sources onto Connor Temple, and I know nothing about the show. Could you please do the same for articles you care about, rather than just removing the tags? Now we are getting somewhere although I expect evidence in your next post. Firstly the assertion was if they where undercopyright in the first place. You say that its derisable so by all means prove it. Moreover, fair use is not simply a license to copy any amount of stuff, sometimes without attribution, and hoping that that's ok. I found that part laughable as British law says it is fair use do do exactly that, go look for yourself if you don't believe be (but I know you won't as your scared that I'll be proved right). Oh and the claim about no attribution is a blatent lie, all of the articles are given citations. If I'm wrong about the above then by all means correct me... with proof. "Fair use" is not enshrined in British law -- that's an American thing. Your colleague has already given an example of lack of attribution.
