Orphaned non-free media (Image:Paine artwork.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Paine artwork.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. βcommand 22:02, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ePSXe edit

[edit]

Hi,

The edit you recently made to ePSXe appears to be taken directly from the release notes. Not only does this mean that some of the content wasn't suitable for Wikipedia (such as the manual-type stuff), it can also be taken to be copyright violation. Chris Cunningham (not at work) - talk 09:16, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The article Nicole Pano has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Actor with only minor roles.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 19:45, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Ifnumber‎ / Isnumeric‎

[edit]

Hey, I noticed you edited {{Ifnumber}} and {{Isnumeric‎}} recently. There's currently a huge error message on the page Atari 2600, and I think it might be related to your edits (since they seem to be the most recently edited templates that are used in the part of the page generating an error message). Could you look into this and make sure the error gets fixed? --SnorlaxMonster 10:19, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, thank you for the report. However the changes to the template have been undone, could you please tell me where was the error message in the article, roughly? That would help, thanks. Od1n (talk) 20:59, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
checkY There was an incompatibility with {{Inflation}}, which I have fixed. Od1n (talk) 01:00, 30 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Inflation

[edit]

I have to go and can't spend more time investigating, but I suspect your recent edits might have changed what {{inflation}} does. For example, search Pennsylvania Turnpike for "convert:" to see a {{convert}} error. That is coming from:

  • {{convert|{{Inflation|US|2|1969}}|¢/mi|abbr=on}} → 17 ¢/mi (11 ¢/km)
  • {{Inflation|US|2|1969}} → 17

See Category:Convert errors for more. The inflation template does not seem to have been changed recently. Johnuniq (talk) 10:19, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

checkY Thanks for the report. As already noted in the similar report just above, there was an incompatibility with {{Inflation}}, which is now fixed. Thus I have restored the changes in {{Ifnumber}}. Od1n (talk) 01:03, 30 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Doniago. I noticed that you made a change to an article, MILF, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Sandbox testing

[edit]

Please remember to test modules in sandbox first. Appreciate the fixes, just make sure everything is well tested. -- ferret (talk) 16:31, 23 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, this change has been tested on the French Wikipedia, where I had to make the getEarliestPublicationDate method a "no-op", thus always returning nil instead of Date objects. Then I was encountering errors "attempt to index local 'a' (a nil value)" in sortByPublicationDate. It was not obvious to determine the cause for this error, and I confirm the changes I made did fix the error. Od1n (talk) 17:25, 23 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
