. Thank you for your recent contributions to add the image to the infobox, added it not as thumbnails (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do: |image=SomeImage.jpg
.
There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption
. specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks!
- On the page, your edit caused an unnamed parameter error (help) and an unsupported parameter error (help). (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:25, 16 December 2016 (UTC)
Thank you so much!

Hi,
Thanks for your new article. Sorry I saved an edit by the time you had tagged the in-use tag. I didn't catch all my exits from the edit conflict, but I got the ones at the top of the page. I'll check back later for some copy editing.—CaroleHenson (talk) 21:20, 30 December 2016 (UTC)

Wikipedia Asian Month 2017: Invitation to Participate
Hello! Last year, you signed up to participate in Wikipedia Asian Month (WAM) 2016 on the English Wikipedia. The event was an international success, with hundreds of editors creating thousands of articles on Asian topics across dozens of different language versions of Wikipedia.
I'd like to invite you to join us for Wikipedia Asian Month 2017, which once again lasts through the month of November. The goal is for users to create new articles on Asian-related content, each at least 3,000 bytes and 300 words in length. Editors who create at least four articles will receive a Wikipedia Asian Month postcard!
Also be sure to check out the Wikipedia Asian Art Month affiliate event - creating articles on Asian art topics can get you a Metropolitan Museum of Art postcard!
If you're interested, please sign up here for the English Wikipedia. If you are interested in also working on other language editions of Wikipedia, please visit the meta page to see other participating projects. If you have any questions, please visit our talk page.
Thank you!

Help request for mapping section titles
Hi. We (the Research Team at Wikimedia Foundation) are building an algorithm that will align Wikipedia article sections across languages. For improving this algorithm we need the help of multilingual Wikipedia editors to provide true statements to the algorithm. You are contacted because based on your Babel template and/or content translation tool usage you know at least two of the following languages: ar (Arabic), fr (French), ja (Japanese), en (English), es (Spanish), ru (Russian).
(Note: by clicking the links in the following paragraph, you will be taken to Google spreadsheet.) If you'd like to help us with translating a subset of the section titles on or before 2018-05-06, please read and follow the instructions. If you see instructions in another language, please scroll down to find your preferred language. If you have questions about this message, you can contact us via Diego. Lekhnath
Hi there, when you get a sec, would you please take a look at your recent edit of Lekhnath's infobox? The website citation is causing issues that I can't seem to figure out how to fix. Also, if you could clarify the odd sentence " There were 18 wards in total in the municipality before the merger, with then recently added the then VDC Bharat Pokhari" (which I don't think you wrote, just moved), that would be great. Thank you! Jessicapierce (talk) 01:47, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
- Hi, @Jessicapierce: mended infobox and “the then” part, and could you check if things look alright to you now? Btw I don’t read Nepali so depended on web translation to clarify but not much success. Turned to Nepali dialect and pulled refs. Cheers, --Omotecho (talk) 05:29, 12 October 2018 (UTC) PS., Thank you for inspiration, and your input encouraged me to look back on jaWP for Nepal cities. Intending to help my Nepali friend visiting Japan now, whose audience will look into jawp for places in his conference presentation. Cheers, --Omotecho (talk) 08:06, 13 October 2018 (UTC)

How do you replace ill tags for existing link?
This help request has been answered. If you need more help, you can , contact the responding user(s) directly on their user talk page, or consider visiting the Teahouse. |
In this article, I tried to reduce red links by changing de place names into interlang links. While I see the page under Category:Interlanguage link template existing link, how do I request a bot and replace ill tags with existing pagename? --Omotecho (talk) 15:05, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
- What you've done is fine. As you've noticed, interlanguage links remain redlinks but contain a small blue link to the existing article in the counterpart Wikipedia project. This is working as intended.
- As for the maintenance of the article to replace {{ill}} templates with regular links when the corresponding English Wikipedia article is created, this will be handled automatically by Cewbot, so there is no need to make a special request. If you want to fix these yourself, here's a hint. You can temporarily add the parameter
display=1
to all of your ill templates and search the article for blue links preceding a (de) link. Those are the cases that trigger the categorization. But you could just as well leave it for the bot. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 16:07, 31 October 2018 (UTC)- @Jmcgnh: Thank you for crisp and concise reply, so I would rather wait for Cewbot coming around. Great to learn from you, cheers, --Omotecho (talk) 16:17, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
Hinoe-ne moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Hinoe-ne, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Boleyn (talk) 09:18, 17 November 2018 (UTC)
- @Boleyn:, thank you to taking care of this article, and perfect, as I have wondered how I could put translation to draft namespace, not the wikipedia itself from the Translation Extension. Will work on this one till better cited. Cheers, --Omotecho (talk) 09:38, 17 November 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks, Omotecho! Boleyn (talk) 10:37, 17 November 2018 (UTC)
