Hi PKJ18, Since you have created an account, please go to "Preferences" in the top right corner of the screen. Go to "Banners", and then uncheck the box next to "Fundraising". As long as you read while logged in, then you should not see the banners. We also hope that you look into contributing to Wikipedia! We are always looking for new volunteer editors.
