Hi, I am new to reverting vandalism and I have had some trouble with this particular user. I noticed that you have also issued him/her a warning regarding continued vandalism. What is this? That username was not taken, or if it was, the user in question has no contribs and no creation log (not impossible, but indicates a very inactive account that may be usurped).
