Speedy deletion nomination of Ass of bishop
[edit]Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Ass of bishop, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. -- 李博杰 | —Talk contribs email 12:28, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

[edit]You will still need:
on your side. -- 李博杰 | —Talk contribs email 12:33, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
- Mate, I'm not the person who decides; its up to a consensus my a larger number of people, not just me. And it's up to the admins to make the final decision. If you can ensure that the three above all are good and going, then the page may as well be kept. -- 李博杰 | —Talk contribs email 12:57, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Ass of bishop
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Ass of bishop, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. -- 李博杰 | —Talk contribs email 12:41, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Ptok Bentoniczny. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Ptok Bentoniczny~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell

[edit]Hi. We try and avoid putting every last bit of trivia into these articles. Per WP:BRD, if you feel strongly about this bit of information, please raise a discussion on the article's talkpage. Thanks. Lugnuts Precious bodily fluids 10:17, 14 January 2017 (UTC)
- Ptok-Bentoniczny, you are way out of line with your behaviour in this article - both with personal attacks and with edit-warring. I happen to agree with you that the material should be included, but if you continue acting like that you will probably get blocked. StAnselm (talk) 19:57, 14 January 2017 (UTC)
- He started edit-warring. If he thought it's useless info HE should have gone with this to the article talk. If he's being a dick, I'm not gonna be nice to him either. Ptok-Bentoniczny (talk) 00:25, 15 January 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Introduction to contentious topics
[edit]You have recently edited a page related to post-1992 politics of the United States and closely related people, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.
