[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at WP:Teahouse, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. David Biddulph (talk) 14:24, 14 September 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, Raudy5000. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. originalmesshow u doin that busta rhyme? 05:25, 27 September 2019 (UTC)
Hello, Raudy5000
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Ubiquity and it's nice to meet you :-)
I wanted to let you know that I’ve proposed an article that you started, Michael Hiller, for deletion because it meets one of the relevant criterion. The particular issue can be located in the notice, that is now visible at the top of the article.
If you wish to prevent the deletion:
- Edit the page
- Remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- Click the button.
But, please remember to explain why you think the article should be kept on the article's talk page and improve the page to address the raised issues. Otherwise, it may be deleted later by other means.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Ubiquity}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

@Ubiquity: I have proposed undeletion and I think you will see that your PROD was based on "but most of the references aren't about the subject, merely mentioning him in passing" I would direct your attention to https://www.law.com/newyorklawjournal/2018/11/21/protector-of-the-little-guy-expanding-focus-from-land-use-to-cannabis/ https://www.6sqft.com/interview-zoning-and-land-use-attorney-michael-hiller/ Page 3, but also linked here http://www.chroniclenewspaper.com/news/local-news/the-preservation-lawyer-GGNP1420170830170839992 In an effort to be thorough, I will add the following shortly with relative page content: https://www.kingscountypolitics.com/social-justice-advocate-michael-hiller-challenges-clarke-for-house-seat/ here: https://patch.com/new-york/windsorterrace/brooklyn-lawyer-michael-hiller-launches-congressional-campaign here: https://bklyner.com/michael-hiller-congress-announcement/ and here: https://brooklyneagle.com/articles/2019/09/30/michael-hiller-challenges-yvette-clarke/ Raudy5000 (talk) 22:55, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
