Alice Lloyd Alumni
[edit]Thanks for your recent contributions to the list of alumni of Alice Lloyd College. As you can see from the recent reversions by myself and Willking1979, it is common practice to establish the notability of a person by adding an article about the person first, then adding them to the list of the college's alumni. Wikipedia has basic guidelines for notability for inclusion in our encyclopedia. This is not to say that the individuals you have added do not meet this requirement, but only to say that there was not enough documentation provided to make that determination (your most recent addition excepted.) Let me encourage you, in the future, to create a sourced biographical article for all future additions to this list before adding them. This keeps sources regarding the individuals out of the article about the college itself, and it creates a potentially valuable new article that may be expanded in its own right. If I can be of further assistance in helping you acclimate to the Wikipedia culture, please don't hesitate to drop a note on my talk page.
