Feel free to delete the template now. I have finished removing the template from the Images which it transcluded. In addition to that, I tagged any image for deletion if they had no source other than the template. — Moe ε 03:38, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

No problem :) — Moe ε 20:26, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

As you seem to be the most active TfD editor, I ask you to delist the nomination of {{HarryPotterWiki}}, which is clearly part of an ugly edit dispute, and without a dispute would have been premature as well. What needs to be contested here is the replacement of {{Hpw}} with that of {{HarryPotterWiki}} and not the HarryPotterWiki itself.
It's pointless and unproductive to continue that particular debate at this time now, with the editwar semi ongoing, and the {{FreeContentMeta}} TfD being in process at the same time. Hopefully you can take the time to look at this one a little bit earlier then you would normally. If you think it should play out, then I will support that as well of course, but if you judge this to be out-of-process, then i'd rather hear now then in 5 days. P.S. don't let the admin presence of Matthew-reverters there scare you of :D --TheDJ (talkcontribs) 19:21, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

Template:sp

I respectfully request that you undelete {{sp}}. I do not believe that a consensus was reached on the Tfd debate (delete 6, keep 4) and one was certainly not reached on the closely related debate at Wikipedia_talk:Manual of Style (spelling)#Votes on tagging pages proposal. « D. Trebbien (talk) 2007 May 30 20:41 (UTC)

TFD isn't a vote, but I think that outcome did show consensus in favor for deletion. I would go to WP:DR if you really were unhappy with the result. BTW Ryan, in closing that TFD you should delete Template:Sp/doc, Template:Sp/js/ and Template:Sp/colour since they were subpages of the template. — Moe ε 01:33, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

I have asked for a deletion review of Template:sp. Since you closed the deletion discussion for this article or speedy-deleted it, you might want to participate in the deletion review. « D. Trebbien (talk) 2007 June 3 00:44 (UTC)

By the way, I do not mean to be pushy and I am not angry with you. I just feel that {{sp}} has great potential for improving Wikipedia, thus I feel passionately about this issue. « D. Trebbien (talk) 2007 June 3 00:49 (UTC)

Follow-up from TfD

Hello. Thank you for deleting {{uw-template1}} and {{uw-project1}} as per TfD for uw-template and TfD for uw-project. Will you also be deleting the rest of the templates (#2, #3, #4, #4im) co-nominated on these two TfDs? Since the #1 templates were deleted on May 28, I want to make sure the rest of the co-nominations do not slip through the cracks. Thanks, Kralizec! (talk) 15:25, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

Your vote at RfA/Gracenotes

I am coming to let you know that I thought your vote there was ad hominem and in poor taste. -- Y not? 18:13, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

No, we don't disagree frequently, I wouldn't say that. We're good. -- Y not? 22:50, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

Your comment on the Deletion Review for {{sp}}

In your recent comment you wrote: "... I did not feel that this template was the way to do it."

Is there a non-template way that localization could still be performed? I would not like to abandon the idea, but this might be necessary if not. « D. Trebbien (talk) 2007 June 6 19:48 (UTC)

That's me...

Dear RyanGerbil10, thanks for your support in my recent RfA, it was, however, unsuccessful. I am not the type of editor to be disheartened by such a result, and have gained much experience. If you have anything to contribute by way of improvements or comments, please don’t hesitate to tell me.

I will run again. Until then, Cheers, Dfrg.msc 08:33, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

any specific reason? I'm rewriting the article. --ArnoldPettybone 18:56, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Deletion Review for Caretaker Gazette

With four admins who deleted the article, you are the only one not on declared wikibreak. So you win the right to be notified of the deletion review, even though your actions are not under review. Please see and offer an appropriate opinion in Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2007 June 18#Caretaker Gazette. GRBerry 21:34, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Stargate Templates

Hey Ryan, thanks for taking care of all those templates. I found 3 more that got missed in the TfD nomination, but fall right along the same lines. They're {{Gerak Stories}}, {{Skaara/Klorel Stories}} (TfD had Klorel/Skaara Stories, this is apparantly a dup of that), and {{Blank Stargate Template}} (that he used to create all the others). Also, once those are gone you can speedy delete the category Category:WikiProject Stargate SG-1 templates that he'd created to hold them all (since it'll then be empty). Thanks again! --Maelwys 14:09, 28 June 2007 (UTC)

Roundabout template

I recently proposed Template:Roundabouttable for deletion, and you deleted it (thanks!). At the same time, you substituted the table into the article Traffic Circle. I believe the table is inappropriate in the article for the same reason it was inappropriate as a template; additionally, it is completely without context in the article. I've thus deleted it from the article, but I wanted to let you know I was doing so and invite you to revert if you disagree with my decision. Mgcsinc 22:01, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

Question about TFD closing

I noticed you closed Wikipedia:Templates for deletion/Log/2007 June 22#Template:Infobox Strange Days at Blake Holsey High episode as delete. Other templates had been merged into that discussion because the commentary would have been the same, but you did not delete those. Did you have a specific reason for leaving them or is this an "oops, didn't see that" moment? Jay32183 00:22, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

Closure rationale

Could you explain how this worked out as "no consensus"? Even going on the numbers, there's a 2:1 ratio in favour of keeping, and to be frank the delete votes are a mixture of WP:IDONTLIKEIT and a misreading of WP:ASR. I don't mean to pester, I'm just tired of mean-minded and rude attempts to derail this project which was set up in cooperation with the Foundation after all, and I'd like to be able to nail this down. TIA HAND —Phil | Talk 06:38, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Also interesting to note, that once the keep arguments were presented, no new delete votes were to be seen. --Latebird 07:21, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
