Proposed deletion of Noni powder
[edit]The article Noni powder has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- notability in general, notability separate to the Noni page, verifiability
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Fifelfoo (talk) 06:52, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of T S Venkannaiah
[edit]A tag has been placed on T S Venkannaiah, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.
Thank you.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Fifelfoo (talk) 06:55, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
Status and Advice
[edit]I see you've made the article again. As reviewing administrator, I did not speedy delete it, as it is possible he is notable . But it really needs to be written in better English, with exact references to his works, and some 3rd party source for his career. Ask help if necessary, but please try to fix the article--I advise you to do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion by a regular deletion process. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to T. R. Subba Rao, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.

[edit]Your recent editing history at Ayurveda shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
YOU NEED TO STOP, AND DISCUSS YOUR CLAIM AT THE TALK PAGE, YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE SANCTIONED IF YOU CONTINUE Roxy the grumpy dog. wooF 04:29, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
- There is a serious error in claiming Ayurveda as pseudoscience as it is not. The Ayurveda is a well proven body science existing for thousands of years in India and needs correction in the Wikipage as wiki page is considered a very important source of information. Please correct this error SHEKHARTV (talk) 04:33, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
- If you are correct (hint : you are not) then you will be able to find reliable sources supporting the effectiveness of this alleged "system of medicine." Please see WP:MEDRS to see how we define reliable sources for medical claims. Thanks. -Roxy the grumpy dog. wooF 04:37, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
- If I provide the scientific information will you remove this negative comment? SHEKHARTV (talk) 04:44, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
- If you can satisfy WP:MEDRS with incredibly strong sources that show how modern science is wrong, of course I or somebody else will change it to your preferred version. Please provide your sources at the talk page of the article, so that interested editors will see. Thanks. -Roxy the grumpy dog. wooF 04:47, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
- You are mistaken. I am not claiming the modern medicine is wrong. But I am particularly mentioning Ayurveda is not pseudoscience. That is all. Every system of healing has its pros and cons and needs to be addressed accordingly and applied judiciously to help the diseased. A constructive approach is the need of the hour. SHEKHARTV (talk) 04:51, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
- There is no point replying further here. You really should read the Talk page, and it's archives, for a better idea on the reasons Ayurveda is Pseudoscientific. I shall not respond further here, but am watching the article and its talk page. -Roxy the grumpy dog. wooF 04:53, 31 May 2022 (UTC)

Hello, SHEKHARTV. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Ayurveda, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. I see from your user page that you work as a homeopathic healer. Since this is a direct conflict of interest, I suggest you not to edit the Ayurveda page anymore — DaxServer (t · m · c) 09:33, 31 May 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Dr Lathashekhar
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Dr Lathashekhar, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
