Speedy deletion nomination of Nolan Linux

I have deleted the article as promotional, because its sole purpose was to create publicity for the project. (The primary inclusion (notability) criterion is coverage in reliable third-party sources; your project hasn't attracted any, judging from the Google search for "Nolan Linux" or "Nolubuntu".)
