Feedback request

Hi. I took a look at your sandbox, and based on the note at the top my feedback is based on this section.

1. You start off by saying "Recent research on social media analytics has emphasized..." When writing an encyclopedia article, you don't want to start by talking about research, you want to say what the thing is first, then follow up with talk of research. You should also avoid "recent", since Wikipedia articles will continue to develop through time - some of them are 15 years old at this point. References like these that are dependent on any point in time should be avoided.
2. You're using a mixed reference structure: "(Heijnen et al., 2013; Murdough, 2009)." You should only use a single type, and inline references are preferable to (author, year) type.
3. The title of the article should not be repeated in the section header. So "Use in business intelligence" or something like that would be a more appropriate section header.
4. Section headers use sentence capitalization, not title capitalization. Only the first word of the section (and any proper nouns) should be capitalized.
5. You need to leave a space before the first word of a sentence. I fixed it with this edit, but you need to make sure that you don't make that mistake in general. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:41, 17 October 2016 (UTC)
