Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living person, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 05:03, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 12:08, 26 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, The Source isn't credible there needs to be a better source to factualize the information you are attempting to post JMichael22 (talk) 05:54, 18 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You truly need to stop if you can not come up with a more better source you will be reported once again because I see that this isn't the first time you have attempted to do wrongful edits on a page their needs to be a more creditable source their isn't anything showing that show me a better source and Peter Will be up and I'll stop going against it but till then find a source and things will be fine JMichael22 (talk) 13:17, 18 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please see also WP:BLPPRIVACY "widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject" and WP:BLPPRIMARY "Do not use public records that include personal details...". Also names are not unique and public records don't always correctly associate to the correct person and any association done by wiki editors that link public records to other sources to make the conclusion that this is the correct person is original research. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
