Hi. I have reverted your addition to Chromotherapy, as we cannot accept text marked as "© 2005 Vishwa Nirmala Dharma (a non-profit organization section 501(C)(3))". Text added to Wikipedia must be distributable according to a Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License, or freer (such as Public Domain). The Wikipedia:Copyrights page should explain it all. (Also, you didn't need to add a References section, as there is already one there). Hi. "Encyclopedic content must be verifiable" really just means that it must be possible for any added content to be checked - usually by references (although it doesn't strictly mean every sentence must be sourced - common knowledge, for example that the sky is blue, wouldn't need a source as it is very easily checkable). If the material you added to the Chromotherapy article wasn't actually a direct copy of someone else's copyright material, then I think it should be fine - it sounded OK to me, and I only removed it because of the copyright concern. Although we don't need a citation on every sentence, it would be good if you can provide a source to backup your new version. If you have a link to a good description, I can help you turn it into a reference - just let me know the link and I'll have a look. (I'm watching this page, so if you reply here I'll be alerted to it) -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 12:19, 8 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Yudhisthira do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia.
Your edit here to Yudhisthira was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150157042848507&set=a.10150116771403507.285649.635743506&type=1&theater") is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page.
