Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Sussex Wolves", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it seems to be that of an organization. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing this form, or you may simply create a new account for editing. My username is combination of where I live and the football team I support. There is no organisation involvement at all.

Thanks for the clarification, and I apologize for disturbing you. 331dot (talk) 14:40, 23 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Andrew Appleton requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Per WP:INCITE: Citations are especially desirable for statements about living persons. You are repeatedly creating articles on living people that are creating work for others by a lack of sources, a lack of inline sources or a lack of clear notability. You have already been asked to slow down and reference correctly, and I repeat that. Thanks for wanting to contribute - it would take you not much extra time to get it right from the start, but the WP:BURDEN for a basic level of sourcing is on the creator.

[edit]

I see on Dirk Fabriek you added an inline tag yourself on its creation. This is likely to remain there indefinitely, scarring what would otherwise be a good article. No one else can easily work out which source was used where, but you, as the person who looked them up, would be able to do this with little trouble. It means it can never be classed as a good or featured article too. I repeat that the WP:BURDEN is on you to cite properly. Boleyn (talk) 07:11, 18 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Please add references to all articles you create. All articles must have references, especially biographies of living people - they need to be inline, see WP:INLINECITE. You have added 'external links' but external links just means suggestions for further reading and doesn't tell us what your sources were. You have been contacted about referencing issues many times. All your articles can be sourced, e.g. if your article was a page on Speedway, you WP:INLINECITE a link to that page on the Speedway website. That is then it referenced/sourced. Do you understand? Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 09:31, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please respond? Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 17:26, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

[edit]

You are risking a block by continuing to ignore messages from other editors raising concerns. Have you looked at WP:INLINECITE and know how to add inline citations? Can you do this for the articles you create, in particular for biogrpahies of living people? Boleyn (talk) 09:16, 25 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dreamy Jazz Thank you.
Hi Sussex Wolves, Greetings. I didnt delete your page nor removed your article. I moved the page to "draft space", for you add sources unto the page. The guidelines of Wikipedia for a page to be merited a page, the subject needs to be notable, and the content claimed need to be supported by multiple independent, reliable sources where by the sources for verification. Sources such as from major newspapers and books are good sources and sources can be any languages. There are thousands of articles in Wikipedia which notable in Wikipedia as all the editors are volunteers and reviewers are limited, and many of these articles have yet to come to notice of the editors either to improved them or to nominate them to be deleted. If an article does not pass the notability guidelines, no matter how many years the article is in the Wikipedia mainspace, it would be subject for article for deletion if an editor find the notability is in question. Only articles truly pass the notability guideline will permanently stay i Wikipedia mainspace. Pls note the draft page will stay in Wikipedia system for 6 months before it is nominated for deletion, you have 6 months to find the sources. Lastly pls read Wikipedia:The answer to life, the universe, and everything for further information. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 14:31, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Martin Smolinski, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Roden (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
