Hello My account has been hacked, Now I got it but My IP address has been block and show this message "You are currently unable to edit Wikipedia" So please unblock may account and give mi chance again to active wikipedia

So you created this account, and then someone else hacked it within just minutes and started writing a promotional article about you? And then over the next few months, this same hacker kept on creating new promotional articles about you after they kept getting deleted? I'm sorry, but I don't believe you.
