I have never been to India, so I do not feel qualified to comment on the challenges you face. India has perhaps the most number of distance education students in the world with Indira Gandhi National and many State Open Universities. However, I have heard of the elitism of some schools, rampant misconduct of students in regards to testing and other challenges. So the task of open educators is never easy and challenges never completely overcome. But good luck! Terry
