Thanks for all the work I see you doing around here cleaning up pages and copy editing! I noticed your good edits on Andrew Jackson and the slave trade in the United States and I see from your history that you're at it almost every day. Cheers. jengod (talk) 22:02, 1 October 2024 (UTC) |

[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours has an edit summary that appears to be inadequate, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. Please make sure to describe your edits accurately. Thank you. StephenMacky1 (talk) 15:06, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
- TFL, I believe I warned you a few weeks ago to start communicating. Repeatedly using 'made minor edits' as every single edit summary is misleading and disruptive, because it is the exact opposite of communication. The term 'minor edit' has a very specific definition here, and removing and moving sections of articles is not a minor edit. This is a collaborative project. If you don't want to collaborate and work with others, this probably isn't the place for you. We have indeed blocked and banned editors for refusing to communicate. Please take a look in the mirror and change your habits before you could become one of them. Katietalk 17:26, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
Capitalization
[edit]Please check out MOS:CAPS for why we don't generally capitalize "siege" in things like "the siege of Sarajevo". I'm fixing a bunch that you capped. Dicklyon (talk) 16:27, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
