This isn't really an article, and Wikipedia rarely (if ever) does this sort of "meta" article about its own content. If you wish to compile these specific images into a specific category, you should do that as a subset of commons:Category:SVG drawings of Egyptian deities over on Commons. If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, or Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance.
