Turner's Cross, Cork
[edit]Thanks for your note at WP:HD! Perhaps you already saw this, but Turner's Cross is already an existing page — we'd have to get rid of the current page if we wanted to move the article about the ward to this title. Because the stadium has the same name as the ward, Turner's Cross is merely a disambiguation page to help readers find the page they want. For that reason, ", Cork" has to be added to the end of the name for the ward article, as a way of giving that page a unique title. This is actually rather common, and occasionally we have to do it with high-profile topics; see Georgia (country) and Georgia (U.S. state) for one prominent pair of pages where we have to do this. - Thank you for your response and help! I understand now why the title was the named the way it was. I'll keep that in mind in the future! Viséan (talk) 09:26, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
