Please don't mass-ping everyone, that in itself is borderline spamming (even if you didn't get it quite right).

You say your sources "are quite notable". I've seen all your drafts and looked at all the sources, and I can't immediately recall a single one that would meet the WP:GNG standard for establishing notability (assuming that's what you mean by 'notable source').

I told you already at the AfC help desk that you shouldn't attempt to create a large number of drafts, until you know better how to actually write an article, including demonstrating notability, because it will just end up in a big car crash. You said you 'liked' my advice... and then just went about it all the same as before. And here we are.

@XERI MUSIC I am afraid I am not entirely sure you are competent to be contributing to Wikipedia. You have been told again and again about the WP:NMUSIC guidelines, but have failed to prove notability on every single draft you have written.

@XERI MUSIC you can't write "anything" on Wikipedia. You must follow our guidelines and policies. So far you have not, which is why your drafts have all been declined/rejected/deleted.

If English is not your primary language, you should edit on a version of Wikipedia that is in a language with which you are more familiar. You made this post correctly so whatever you did was fine. The mobile version is great for reading but not so great for editing(even if it is the only means for many people to edit). When I am on a phone I use the desktop version anyway, in a browser on my device. The mobile version does not have full functionality.

Hi, @331dot i didnt know that there was a pic of Charles Mashahary because I was going to upload the new image instead but i got to know that there is already some images on commons which I choose to use that instead. And also as i told before i wanted to contribute articles about topic on Music, Musical Artist's, bands or some other category of musicians which are not even listed on Wikipedia I mean to say the Bodo Culture and Assamese culture are quite popular in Assam India.
