The only way is to apply from your original account, declaring all the sockpuppet accounts you have ever used, and ask to be considered for the WP:Standard offer. Read the terms of that first, and decide whether you are prepared to stick to them. JohnCD (talk) 21:20, 17 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
