Operator: bot: Amire80Bot (talk) / human: User:Amire80
Automatic or Manually Assisted: In the meantime i plan to run it manually only - "interwiki.py -confirm"
Programming Language(s): Python, Interwiki.py
Function Summary: Add interwiki links to pages in the Hebrew Wikipedia that don't have them and sync them with en.wiki. (I'll have a separate discussion at he.wiki.)
Edit period(s) (e.g. Continuous, daily, one time run): Probably daily, but on a very small number of articles - less than 50 a day. I'll ask separately if i'll want to run it on more articles.
Already has a bot flag (Y/N):
Function Details: I am not going to take articles from recent changes or read them from Wikipedia. I will run the bot on manually created lists of hand-picked articles taken from the semi-automatically created list of articles without interwiki links. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Interlanguage Links/Ideas from the Hebrew Wikipedia for details and code. (That code is not a bot - it runs on an offline dump and doesn't edit the online Wikipedia.)
