Function Details: The bot currently delivers the spotlight newsletter and, if this is approved, will go to Wikipedia:Spotlight/Current/Page and change {{spotlight}} to {{spotlighted}}. It will then change Wikipedia:Spotlight/Current/Page to the new article name and add {{spotlight}} to its talk page.
