Discussion
[edit](Fixed operator, exc. compliance and bot flag fields) Please mark whether this bot is automatic or manually assisted. You also need to be specific and precise as to the function details. Please expand on what the "simple category management tasks" are. The approval can only be given for specific tasks. The bot's account page should not redirect to your own user page and should instead indicate that this is your alternative bot account. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 11:43, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- The bot will be only run under my supervision for specific tasks, not unattended. I am working on geographic categories of Kosovo, lists of villages in municipalities, lists of mountains, rivers, important buildings. I have been working on openstreetmap and gns names, and would like to fix the coordinates of articles. OK, about the redirect, will fix that. My plan is to integrate the openstreetmap, wikipedia and gns data so that we have all the villages in kosovo in the end on wikipedia with all relevant information about them in a nice format. It is alot of work. thanks, mike James Michael DuPont (talk) 10:22, 4 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
