[edit]"interwiki, welcome, replace text ,find bad redirect, move category". Welcome bots are not permitted by policy. What are you replacing? We already have a bunch of bots that find bad redirects and move categories, what does yours add? As a user with only 101 edits (including one to this BRFA), do you fully understand policies in place on Wikipedia and for operation of robots? FinalRapture - † ☪ 17:37, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- To move categories you would have to be familiar with our processes for determining consensus for moving categories. While you seem active on fawiki, you have not shown any experience with the English Wikipedia. If you want to run the pywikipedia interwiki.py here, you should be able to be approved for that once you have read WP:Bot policy, particularly the section on Interwiki links. - now i edit whit my bot for finish my Trial period. whats wrong?|--►Surena/Discussion)26 Tir 1389-- 16:57, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Your bot has only made 4 edits in the 24 days since the trial was approved. I was wondering if you had forgotten about it. I also see that one of your edits was to Template:Ancient Egyptian religion footer, which is currently not allowed by the bot policy for interwiki.py. Anomie⚔ 17:49, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- bots run semi-automatically and I supervised it--►Surena/Discussion)29 Tir 1389-- 10:46, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- But it still hasn't made enough test edits and we cannot determine if the settings are appropriate for English Wikipedia. MBisanz talk 14:55, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- A user has requested the attention of the operator. Once the operator has seen this message and replied, please deactivate this tag. I'm going to mark this as expired unless we hear back in a few days. MBisanz talk 05:20, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Request Expired. Tempted to mark this as declined due to a lack of understanding of the bot policy, but will mark as expired for now. Can always be declined/approved at a later date. - Kingpin13 (talk) 12:50, 22 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
