  • In the caption to the lead image, simply "Spears..." would read better.

  • "BMI" and "ASCAP" are never linked in the references section.

  • When I click on the citations for the book references, the link to the book reference doesn't work. Do you know why?
  • Little mistake in the references section. Fixed it.
  • The coloring system with the key can be confusing with some songs satisfying multiple conditions. Can you think of any better way to relay this information?
  • I don't think there's a better way, since most of the songs are registered in multiple bodies. I initially didn't want to use the coloring system, but an editor noted in the peer review that it would move the article closer to comprehensive.

  • Comments - You define some items with multiple symbols this conflicts with whats presented in the key. Abroad, Downtown, Guilty, My Big Secret, Take the Bait, Welcome to Me and Wonderland have a symbol yet no colour, once again conflicts with the key. "Several Spears's songs have been leaked..."   • In the Michael Jackson list the first category only has a key. Should I add a colour?

  • Yes, some of the songs have little information, but this is clearly because they're unreleased and therefore are rarely discussed by Spears or the producers. I actually think the list looks good even with the writers only. And also, less than half of the songs don't have any information on the notes box. Comments A few more sorry, mainly with style

  • Writers' names should be sorted by surname, use {{sortname}}

  • I think it would be easier to include the copyright registration in the notes, rather than having three more notes. Such a long key is confusing, and readers have to navigate from key to item frequently
  • Wouldn't that completely invalidate the concept of the keys though?

  • Could you not reference the notes, rather than having an extra column? This would also mean readers know which citation sources what info.
  • Do you mean adding the reference next to the note?

REplace the normal dasehs in the reference titles and the article, with en-dases, whereever applicable. Also, regarding the picture, since it is not an infobox image, you need to have a pic of Brit which looks towards the article, not away from it.   • Maybe worth understanding what "official release" means, especially if this is going to be a template for future FLs.

  • Ok, so you explain it, but only a couple of sentences later. Perhaps rejig the lead so I know straight away what an "unofficial" song is.

  • I would explain the context of BoA (I'd never heard of her) so something like "Korean singer BoA"?
  • Shouldn't I explain the context of every other singer in the lead then? I don't think I should add it solely because you don't know her. She's pretty well-known.

  • Not sure how useful sorting by Writer is, especially if equal writing credit is given in the case of multiple writers.
  • In my opinion it looks better than not sorting the writers at all.

  • How is this not comprehensive? It includes every unreleased Spears song that has been noted by a third party.
  • Every song has at least a source. If you are referring to the songs that are left out, it's clearly because I didn't find any information by reliable sources on them after a extensive research.

  • Here and here are the BMI and ASCAP lists with all of Spears registered songs. If the song listed has not been included in any of her releases, it's unreleased. There's also exceptions, with "Telephone" for example, which received attention from the media.

Well that's just it, if there are exceptions to the two search results you provided then how can one be sure you have every single unreleased song? As Adabow suggested, this could be a {{dynamic list}} which wouldn't need to be utterly comprehensive, just as comprehensive as possible. The Rambling Man (talk) 17:56, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, but I don't understand what you mean by dynamic or incomplete list.
A dynamic list is one that will never be complete, and therefore will contain only entries and information for which there is a reliable source. See Wikipedia:Incomplete lists#Incomplete lists for more information. Dabomb87 (talk) 00:04, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • The list looks much better than the last time I took a look at it. A couple of issues though: I would prefer unknown to be in italics and/or small font; and Failed to make Britney[ sounds awkward. I would prefer to rephrase these to sould more natural, and to give (in paranthesis) the year such albums were released (this would give an idea when was the song composed).
