OriginalLouis of France (1661–1711) was the eldest son and heir of Louis XIV, and his spouse, Maria Theresa of Spain. As the heir apparent to the French throne, he was styled Dolphin (Dauphin). He became known as "The Big Dolphin" after the birth of his own son, The Little Dolphin. As he died before his father, he never became king.
Reason
High quality scan of a painting with good EV for the subject. It may not be a monkey in a hat, but a dolphin in a wig is sure to tickle Belle's fancy
