Join the Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) Library for the third annual PNCA Art+Feminism Wikipedia Editathon, in the Shipley Collins Mediatheque on March 9, 10am - 2:30pm! This is a free community event designed to teach people to add and edit information about cis and transgender women and nonbinary folks to Wikipedia, the sixth most visited website in the world.

We'll have training sessions, artist talks, snacks, free childcare, and plenty of exciting energy and collaboration! You're welcome to drop in any time during the edit-a-thon. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops and charging cables, though if you are not able, computer stations will be available.

This is the third annual Art+Feminism Edit-a-thon PNCA has hosted and we are looking forward to presentations by Portland-based artists and scholars: sidony o'neal, lu yim, and Sasha Archibald as part of the event.

The Pacific Northwest College of Art Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-thon is organized by Linden How, Reference & Instruction Librarian, and Taryn Tomasello, Artist & PNCA alumna with the assistance of Jason Moore, Senior Wikipedian. The space is wheelchair accessible. Click here for more information.
