Article needs general comments. Can be promoted to GA but needs some insight by outside editors. Thanks. -- Wikipedical 20:29, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
- (Sorry, but...) Aaargh! This article urgently needs to have a claim to notability under WP:WEB and/or WP:CORP, or it is subject to speedy deletion per {{db-web}}. Then it needs to back up this claim with reliable sources, or it may be deleted as non-notable via WP:AfD.
- Another severe problem is the lack of any third party sources for the article's assertions, except for the musicians' participation, which means practically all of the article can be challenged and removed as original research and/or unverifiable. Based on this alone, I'd vote to delete this article as it stands in an AfD discussion. I suggest any work on this article should focus on bringing it into compliance with these basic content policies. Sandstein 20:09, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
- The only "third-party" sources anyone is willing to include is a link to Encylopedia Dramatica, which is not a reliable or verifiable reference. This whole sham is being brought down at the hand of a few vandals who wish to push their "raid" to gain Internet notability, but it isn't encylopedic. I began editing this article a while back to quiet down the rampant vandalism and the slant that it posed, but look at all the attacks I have received personally. I am in favour of deleting this article for the reasons listed above. Seicer (talk) (contribs) 23:41, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
- I'd be in favour of stubbing it and starting over, with only reliable sources. It does pass WP:WEB, though, if only #2 ([1], [2] from a bit of Googling). james(talk) 00:35, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
