Yes, the Nazi connections make this a vandal-magnet, but I think the article is actually in pretty good shape. Other than references (a perennial bugbear), what is missing? -- ALoan (Talk) 10:07, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Interesting. Lead is too short. Perhaps a mention of some famous receipents would be useful. On a sidenote it seems we have quite a few of medals on our current FA. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 20:45, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- On a side note, that was why I asked to create a separate sections on the FA page of just Orders, Decorations and Medals/Awards and Decorations. But I personally think the tables needs to be fixed, article to be expanded in many sections, and should include some examples of post WW2 use of the Iron Cross. I suggest enlisting the sources compiled by the Werhmacht Awards, since those guys are the authority, in my view, on everything related to the Iron Cross. I am also improving the article myself, I will submit a few ribbon bars in the next few days. Zscout370 (Sound Off) 00:15, 24 Jun 2005 (UTC)
